Full Scent Collection - Melts

I am really impressed by the quality of these wax melts. They last a lot longer than I had expected and smell amazing. The smell doesn’t fade after a few burns either which makes them worth it! I love the packaging also! You can tell the care that has gone into making and packing these products.

Not really one for wax melts because I always find them either pathetic and last -3mins or chemical warfare. I don't really like the usual scents that you find either. Anyhow. Saw these on insta (the thunder one) and thought it looked interesting. So I got the sample pack and oh my giddy aunt they are lovely. Really unusual scents. They last for ages and the scent is strong but not overwhelming and chemically. The only one I didn't like in the sample pack was the granddad's garden. I hate tomatoes so it was a no and isn't a reflection on the melt because everyone else loved it.
So I would rate the melts 10/10

I too have been waiting over three weeks for my delivery for which I paid £42.5. On the 22nd November an email states Evri is expecting the parcel but it seems to date they are still expecting it. I have emailed the company twice but have had no response. The customer service appears non existent. I need my order or my money back.

I bought the full collection as I didn’t know what I would like, so far I honestly love every single one, they scent my house so beautifully, I have sent for the Christmas collection and can’t wait for it to arrive

3 weeks after my order was apparently dispatched it is still showing as evri are awaiting for it. Have emailed the company twice which have been ignored have also left comments on their Facebook page which have been ignored.
Terrible customer service. Sometimes packages get lost but to just ignore your customers and not offer any help is ridiculous. Hope you enjoy my money as you won't be getting any more of it.
